Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order processing

Orders are prepared in our lab within 1–3 working days.

During peak periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas and special events), processing times may extend up to 7 working days.

Orders placed over the weekend (Friday to Sunday) will be processed starting from Monday.

Shipping times (Italy)

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 48–72 hours (working days).

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

Shipping times (Europe)

For orders shipped to France, Spain and Germany, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, in addition to 2–3 working days for processing.

Shipping cost: €9.90

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery times may vary depending on the period and courier operations.
These timings are outside of Rêverie’s control.

Our customer care team is always available and will reply within 24–48 hours.

For updates on your order, we recommend contacting us after 6 working days from the purchase date, including your order number.

Personalised items

Personalised items require 3–7 working days for production (excluding weekends and holidays).

They will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

Pre-order items

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase, while shipment will occur once the item is ready.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Remote areas & minor islands

For shipments to remote areas and minor islands, Rêverie may use alternative delivery services.

Delivery time: 1–6 working days after dispatch, depending on the location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a parcel reference code.
Please note: this may not provide full tracking updates.

If tracking appears unavailable, your parcel is still in transit.
