Returns & Exchanges Policy
We aim to make every return or exchange as simple as possible.
You can request a return by emailing us at:

All items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU legislation.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of wear
• The product must be placed in its original packaging, including the pouch
• The return must be securely packed
Personalised items
Personalised products (including engraved items) are made to order and are considered unique pieces.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item presents a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Rêverie.
In case of defects or engraving errors, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

(please include a photo of the item)
Return process & refund
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected (within 4–5 working days from delivery to our studio).
The refund will cover the value of the returned item excluding shipping costs.
Shipping responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered.
• The return must be sent via a trackable courier service
• The tracking number must be shared with us via email
Please note: if the parcel is lost or does not reach our studio, we will not be able to issue a refund.
We do not accept returns delivered to pickup points or postal offices.
Rêverie reserves the right to refuse unauthorised or non-compliant returns.

• Full name
• Order number
• Description of the item and issue (if any)
• Requested replacement item
